The history of the Cisco CLI

"I don't think many people know the history of the Cisco CLI and the impact it has had on the industry. Other companies are emulating it, as evidenced in recent articles on the topic. Network engineers typically become experts in the Cisco CLI first, then move to other vendor gear, so it makes sense for companies to emulate it."

SSL-enabled Name-based Apache Virtual Hosts with mod_gnutls

As with any new project, hopefully it will improve with time and effort.
